Horizon Europe Research Infrastructures Info Day (2026)
An online information day will be held on 21 April 2026 with the aim of presenting the 2026 calls under the Horizon Europe Research Infrastructures Programme, implemented by the European Commission, and strengthening Türkiye’s strategic participation in this field.
The event, jointly organised by TÜBİTAK and the Ministry of Industry and Technology, will provide a comprehensive overview of the Research Infrastructures Programme, including the main features of the 2026 calls and Transnational Access (TNA) mechanisms. In addition, key conditions for applications from Türkiye and the European Commission’s main expectations from project proposals will be presented to participants.
Experience Sharing and Strategic Processes
In addition to call-related information, the programme will include an experience-sharing session with the participation of experts involved in research infrastructure projects. This session will highlight key lessons learned during the preparation and implementation phases, as well as critical aspects to be considered by stakeholders.
In the final session, national representatives will provide an overview of ESFRI and ERIC processes, followed by a Q&A session addressing participants’ questions. This session aims to clarify pathways for integration into the international research ecosystem.
Pre-Event Preparation and Question Collection
To support participants in their preparation for the calls, the 2026 Work Programme presentation, along with recordings and Q&A documents from the European Commission’s information day, have been made available.
To ensure a more efficient Q&A session during the event, participants are encouraged to submit their questions in advance via an online form. The collected questions will be addressed in detail by experts during the sessions.
